Modules

HRTeamware™ Modules enhance the core solution with a comprehensive range of HR management features and more.

Recruitment Module

The Recruitment module provides a facility to design jobs (e.g. experience, skill-set, salary, benefits, education, on-boarding checklist and other variables needed for the job) and personnel request. These requests are coursed through a definable approval process prior to action by the Recruitment Manager or Team. Once a new opening is approved, the process owner (i.e. the Recruitment Manager) can flag the request so the opening can be viewed in the publicly accessible Job portal.

The Job Portal allows potential candidates to search, apply and monitor their applications. Applications are coursed through a definable process flow allowing different interview and assessment procedures per department or even specific to the particular opening.

The Recruitment Module provides all department heads with workforce planning tools to view current and model future manpower needs.

The Recruitment Module also provides a facility for Talent or Recruitment Partners to access and upload potential profile matches providing reports which shows failed, abandoned or matched profile submissions.

Compensation & Benefits Module

The Compensation and Benefits module provides a comprehensive solution in managing the benefit structure of an organizations workforce. The system allows the creation of categories of benefits, definition of benefits including policies and default values, unlimited salary classes and grades.

This module also serves as the repository of the current and historical salary package of each employee in the organization the data of which is used by the Payroll module for payroll computation as well as other modules e.g. Loans Module and Projects to validate applicability.

Cash Advance & Loans Module

The Cash Advance and Loans Module provides an organization with the means to manage different types of disbursements and loan monitoring (e.g. in-house, social security etc). Cash disbursement types can be specified and the approval process set. Documentation requirements which needs to be uploaded can also be imposed as part of the approval process.

Depending on the requirements of the organization, this module can be used as a stand-alone or coupled with the Payroll module where loans and unliquidated cash advances are automatically deducted.

Payroll Module

The Payroll Module allows the organization to easily and accurately generate its Payroll. The module uses generated attendance records from the core HRTeamware system as attendance data, the employee's salary and benefits values from the Compensation and Benefits module and Cash Advance and Loans Module and customizable rules affecting the generated values on a per item or as a whole. Payroll runs can be simulated and verified prior to being finalized.

ServiceDesk Module

The ServiceDesk module is a two-in-one helpdesk platform as it allows all departments in the organization to set up its own service portals for other employees needing their services as well as a public-facing helpdesk portal which allows customers to seek and obtain support support from the organization.

The ServiceDesk Module includes instant feedback and scoring. It can be integrated with an existing Sales or Accounts System.

Purchasing Module

The Purchasing Module allows designated users within the organization (typically managers) to request for supplies from the purchasing department. The purchasing department maintains an inventory/database of supplier and supplies which the requestor can pick from. Orders can be consolidated and purchase orders generated and then sent to the Vendor/Supplier.

Delivery by vendors are matched against the PO and specific items routed to the requesting parties and flagged received to close the transaction.

Goal! Performance Management System

The Goal! PMS allows the development of an unlimited number of evaluation templates. Templates can be assigned to specific departments or as a template (ie any department can use it). Internally, the system allows the setting of Key Result Areas (KRA) and their corresponding Key Performance Indicators (KPI) the weights of which must be normalized ie sum to 100%.

The Goal! PMS API's can be customized to access HRTeamware data e.g. attendance rate as well as external data e.g. sales system etc to support the real-time data.
